Dr. Shaheed is the founding CEO of Encode. Previously, Dr. Shaheed worked as a research engineer with Intel Corporation in Portland, Oregon, USA for 12 years. Since 1996 He conducted research in the field of modeling and simulation of Si and SiGe-based transistors at Intel’s Logic Technology Development group in Portland, Oregon. At Intel, he conducted an award winning study on random dopant fluctuation effects for 3 generations of Intel transistor technologies. Dr. Shaheed played a key role in developing the industry’s first manufacturable strained silicon transistors featured in Intel’s 90nm technology in 2003. He provided key simulation support for developing Intel’s 65nm technology. He has also received a number of Intel awards for his work. Until June 2008, Dr. Shaheed was involved in developing the 4th generation strained-Si transistors, featured in Intel’s 32nm technology that went into production in 2010.
ASHRAFUL ISLAM – At present, he works as Full-Stack Technical Lead at Encode. He is an expert in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Bash, Shell Script, HTML5, CSS, C++ and C. Interested in designing the frameworks like Django, Flask, DRF (Django REST), Vue.Js, Node.js, Express.js and Bootstrap. Very well knowledge person in about the software tools and packages which includes, Beautiful Soup, Firebase, Factory Boy, JWT, gRPC, Celery, OAuth, RabbitMQ, Redis, Nginx, Gunicorn, Text Blob, Django-axes, Spacy, NLTK, Dialog flow, Scrapy, Bandit and Push Notification. Good ability in handling Hosting and Domain platforms of Heroku, AWS, Digital Ocean, Namecheap and GoDaddy. He is much interested in working with the platforms like CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, AMI, macOS and Windows. He has a good understanding in the payment Gateways of Stripe, SSLCOMMERZ and Go URL Bitcoin. He moreover an excellent designer in building the embedded system functionalities, with the microcontrollers like Atmega32, Arduino Uno, Raspberry Pi 3.
Kaushik Saha works as a Senior Front End Developer at Encode. He is an expert in programming languages like ReactJS and JavaScript. He is very interested in building user interfaces in React JS. More talented in constructing a framework using Ant Design. Very well experienced person in technical skills such as Next JS, Node JS, ES6, OOP, SCSS, Slack, Git, Figma, Jenkins, RESTful API, jQuery CSS. Good front end developer such as Progressive Web Apps Jira. He is also a proficient in Databases such as MySQL Bootstrap, MongoDB Bitbucket. Also talented in Backend software developer such as Firebase. Skilled HTML Responsive Designer.
Khondokar Solaiman works as Sr. Software Engineer at Encode. He has an excellent skill set in programming languages such as .Net, C#, Python, C, C++, and Java. Very well knowledge in the coding platforms like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JSON, and JavaScript. Great skill in IDE development like Code blocks, PyCharm, and Visual Studio. Knowing more details about the Databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Access, Oracle DB, and Object DB. Skilled in designing the frameworks like Entity Framework, ASP.NET, and Django. Highly talented in the Graphic designs like Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Interested in working with the platforms like Windows, Ubuntu, Raspbian.
